How do I get help with something?

Email us. We are a small team and a person reads every message, usually within one working day. Include your account email and, if you can, what you were doing when the problem happened.

I cannot sign in.

If you signed up with an email address and a password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen to get a reset link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, sign in the same way you signed up. Accounts created one way cannot be opened the other way, because they are different identities to us.

How do I delete my account?

From inside the app, under Profile. Deletion runs on a grace window, so you can cancel it from the same screen before it becomes permanent. You can also start the process from our deletion page. Delete your account.

How do I get my data out?

Export your scan history from the app at any time and pick which fields to include. Your records are yours, and exporting does not change or remove anything.

The scanner will not open, or nothing happens when I point it at a label.

The app needs permission to use the camera, which your device asks for the first time you scan. If it was declined, grant it again in your device settings under the FieldScan entry. Location is separate and optional: scans record where they were taken only if you allow it.

Where do I see plans and limits?

I found a bug, or something is wrong.

There is a Send Feedback option in the app under Profile, and it reaches a person directly. Email works just as well if you would rather write it that way.

What do you do with my information?

Our privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected and why, and our terms cover the rest. Read the privacy policy.
