Pricing, while billing is still off
Four tiers, and none of them are charging yet. Field Pro is free until 4 December 2026 — no card, one trial per account, and the upgrade is one tap once you are in. Team is free for the same window and is handed out by founding code: ask us and we send one. When billing goes live you get an email before anything is charged.

Enterprise
No list priceUnlimited scans, seat limits set to whatever you need, and terms agreed directly with us. Enterprise is not something you can claim in the app, so start with an email and we will work out the shape of it.
Founding rates are a commitment, not a charge. Start during the beta and $9 is the Field Pro rate you keep when billing arrives; the public price will be $12. Founding Team workspaces keep five included seats.
* Fair use. Unlimited means we do not meter your work — not that there is no limit at all. We watch for patterns that are not fieldwork: sustained bursts, or scripted volume far beyond a human pace. Where we see it we will get in touch first if we can, and we may throttle or suspend a workspace that is clearly abusing it. If you are scanning, you are fine.
How the monthly count works. Scanning a barcode you already have raises its count instead of adding a row, and costs nothing against your total. Scans other people share to you do count toward it. The count starts again on the first of each month. Team is not metered at all; the fair-use note above is what governs it.
When something ends, nothing dramatic happens. If early access closes before billing is ready, your account moves to the free Starter tier — 100 scans a month — with your data intact and your founding rate held. Not paying never deletes an account: only long inactivity does, it applies to free accounts only, and a warning email goes out before anything is removed. Leave or be removed from a Team workspace and your account reverts to Starter, not to zero.
